Refund policy

 

NO REFUNDS.  Exchanges/store credit must be within 14 days of shipment.  Clearance and holiday items are FINAL SALE.

IMPORTANT: My store location in Castle Rock, is separate from my online store.   You may not return/exchange items in the store location without contacting us in an advance.  

Please contact us via our CONTACT US page to arrange an exchange or store credit.  Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the times.   Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.  You must also include a copy of your invoice with the exchange.  Important: We have the right to decline an exchange if we detect cigarette smoke or pet hair/odor.  No stains or damages accepted.

We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or exchanges.  Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organize an exchange or store credit minus the initial shipping costs.  You will be notified of this via email. Cece & Rose is not responsible for untraceable/lost shipments.  You must contact your carrier to trace the package.
