Shipping policy

 All orders are shipped from our location in Colorado. Shipping times vary for handmade items, and if there is a shipping wait it is noted in the individual listing.  Any delivery dates provided by Cece & Rose are estimates.  We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.  Cece & Rose will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account page.  We offer free shipping during promotions in USA only.  All USA shipments go by way of USPS or FedEx at Cece & Rose's discretion. All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.  Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.

Cece & Rose may cancel orders for any reason at any time and in our sole discretion. These can include fraud prevention, orders connected with a previous credit card dispute, or inventory errors. Cece & Rose may cancel any order being sent to a Freight Forwarding company/address.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States.  This could change, case by case basis.  We will work with you outside of United States if you agree to all fees involved.
